PITTSBURGH (July 26, 2019)—Continuum, a CHC Solutions, Inc. company formerly called Interphase Medical Equipment, signed a new five-year lease with Regional Industrial Development Corporation of Southwestern Pennsylvania (RIDC) and will be more than doubling the size of their Pittsburgh headquarters in the Findlay Center at RIDC Park West Industrial Park from 11,510 to 28,479 square feet.

WASHINGTON, D.C. (May 2, 2019)—AAHomecare’s updated quarterly supplier number analysis shows a decrease in the number of suppliers. As of January 2019, there are approximately 6,143 unique traditional DMEPOS suppliers and 9,195 traditional DMEPOS locations, which is a 37% decrease in unique suppliers and 35% decrease in locations since the inception of the competitive bidding program.



WASHINGTON, D.C. (June 17, 2018)—On June 15, 2018, the Medicare Payment Advisory Commission (MedPAC) issued its annual report to Congress.

MedPAC is recommending that more products be included in the Medicare competitive bid program. There are three categories of products MedPAC believes should be included:

(1) Items that Congress has already authorized to be included (e.g., chest wall oscillation devices, ventilators and off-the shelf orthotics)
