PORT WASHINGTON, N.Y. (September 23, 2019)—Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare (Drive) announced that it agreed in principle to receive $35 million in new capital together with a reduction in cash debt service obligations from its current lenders. The transaction has broad support across Drive’s capital structure, including a substantial majority of Drive’s first and second lien lenders and new capital from the company’s primary equity holders.

PORT WASHINGTON, N.Y. ( December 10, 2018)—Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare announced the addition of the Low‐Height, Semi‐Electric and Manual Crank beds as part of the Premier Homecare Bed collection.

All three beds feature durable, heavy-duty, polyethylene molded bed ends that are embossed with “Head” and “Foot” to help ensure proper assembly. The bed ends are also compatible with existing full‐ and semi‐electric beds.

Harvey Diamond has assumed the role of Vice Chairman for Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare. In his new role, Diamond will serve as a senior advisor to the company and as a voice to customers, vendors and investors. He will continue to serve as a member of the Board of Directors.

PORT WASHINGTON, N.Y. (October 25, 2017)Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare introduced five ergonomically designed Comfort Touch Cushions to its Pressure Prevention Product Line recently.

These cushions include an elevation wedge, knee support cushion, neck support pillow, seat cushion and heated lumbar support backrest to assist with the therapeutic needs of consumers. Many of these cushions also offer hot and/or cold therapy options.
