DALLAS—Enhabit, Inc., a home health and hospice provider, announced that Barb Jacobsmeyer, president and CEO, and a member of the board of directors, intends to step down from these roles in July 2026, or upon the appointment of a successor. The company said it has initiated a leadership succession plan with Jacobsmeyer’s full support to ensure a smooth transition.

The home medical equipment company is expanding with a 3,400-square foot office in Wilmington

WILMINGTON, Massachusetts—DASCO Home Medical Equipment (DASCO HME) expanded its national footprint to Massachusetts with a 3,400-square-foot office in the city of Wilmington.

Founded in Ohio in 1987, DASCO offers a range of respiratory therapy and durable medical equipment, including oxygen, non-invasive ventilation and mobility support products. The family-owned firm operates more than 30 locations across Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, West Virginia, Texas and Florida.

Viemed acquired the Illinois-based company for $26M

LAFAYETTE, Louisiana—Viemed Healthcare, Inc., an in-home clinical care provider of post-acute respiratory health care equipment and services in the United States, announced that it has completed the acquisition of Illinois-based Lehan's Medical Equipment (Lehan) for a base purchase price of $26 million, subject to customary adjustments, plus estimated contingent payments of $2.2 million. 


The warehouse opens as Aeroflow hits a new growth milestone of 1,000 employees
