The SleepWeaver 3D mask was paused during the COVID-19 pandemic due to supply chain disruptions, but is returning with a new design

EXPORT, Pennsylvania—Circadiance has announced the relaunch of its SleepWeaver 3D Soft Cloth CPAP Mask, a product designed for comfort, seal and ease of use.

"Originally paused during the pandemic due to global supply chain disruptions, SleepWeaver 3D is returning to meet the strong demand from both clinicians and patients who value a comfortable alternative to traditional hard plastic masks," the company said in a released statement.

The company said the SleepWeaver 3D features a more flexible, better-sealing interface for enhanced comfort and efficacy, as well as an improved headgear that ensures a secure, personalized fit across a wide range of face types.

“SleepWeaver 3D continues our mission to provide the most comfortable CPAP experience possible,” said Kathy Groll, inside sales manager, Circadiance. “We are excited to reintroduce this product to the market and help patients achieve better compliance and outcomes.”

Key Features of the mask include:

  • Breathable cloth construction eliminates fogging, keeps skin dry and prevents discomfort caused by rigid plastic masks
  • Soft cloth interface preferred by users over silicone, rubber or gel alternatives—eliminating the need for extra cushions or nasal pads
  • Wing-shaped stay routes headgear under the ears for improved comfort and fit
  • Permanent 360-degree swivel for reliable performance in any sleep position, including over-the-headboard setups
  • Glasses-friendly design for reading or watching TV while wearing the mask
  • Magnet-free design, ensuring safety for users with implanted medical devices

The SleepWeaver 3D is now available through Circadiance and authorized distributors.
