CUSHING, Oklahoma—Mark Loftis, a medical supply company owner and chiropractor was charged for his alleged role in a conspiracy to submit fraudulent claims to multiple federal health care programs. The claims were for orthotic braces and other durable medical equipment (DME). Loftis was also charged for the theft of government fund intended to support health care providers during the COVID-19 pandemic.

WASHINGTON—Medtech association AdvaMed announced Robery Cohen will be the next chair of its Digital Health Tech board of directors.
