DAVIE, Florida—Jewish Family Home Care, a not-for-profit agency, announced it has partnered with MedBetterHealth, a Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) GUIDE Model participant, to expand access to home-based dementia care for patients and caregivers across South Florida.
