WATERLOO, Iowa (December 14, 2016)—VGM officials announced they are now accepting proposals from prospective speakers for the 16^th annual Heartland Conference.

With more than 15 different education tracks to fill, conference organizers are looking for presenters to offer their expertise on a variety of topics including retail, billing and reimbursement, executive, operations, sleep and respiratory, rehab and legislative to name a few.

ATLANTA (August 26, 2016)—The biannual Innovative HME Retail Product Awards, sponsored by HomeCare, are back and looking for HME products that are particularly suited for caretailing.

The coveted awards are all about promoting and recognizing products that contribute to providers' bottom lines though cash sales. Like last year, products will be reviewed by judges and the top eight will advance to an onsite judging round.

Open to all women who work in the industry, criteria for the HME Woman of the Year award includes paving new ways of innovation and new business processes, leadership that has secured legislative wins, improving the lives of patients and making lifelong impressions on her community.

WATERLOO, Iowa (June 1, 2016)—U.S. Rehab and Permobil announced that TiLite will be a contracted supplier for titanium and aluminum manual wheelchairs for members of U.S. Rehab. Both U.S. Rehab and Permobil are very excited about this contract addition.

The new contract with TiLite is effective immediately and offers another preferred pricing program for U.S. Rehab’s members to operate more efficiently.
