MADISON, Wis. (October 21, 2021)—RehabPulse, a technology marketplace for medical equipment, announced that it has secured $4.5 million in its latest funding round. The company also announced it has become the first ever online marketplace in the durable medical equipment (DME) sector to offer integrated online insurance claims processing.

Participants in the funding round include existing investors WISC Partners and high net worth investors active in the digital healthcare space.

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (October 15, 2021)—Biofourmis, a Boston-based provider of digital therapeutics and virtual care that powers personalized predictive care, announced a partnership with Integra Community Care Network, Care New England’s accountable care organization (ACO). This round is being led by Virgo-managed fund to continue funding advancements in Lifespark's operating system and proprietary technology platform and UCare, the largest Medicare Advantage provider in Minnesota, to serve Minnesota seniors holistically with a multiproduct strategy.

SAN FRANCISCO (October 5, 2021)—Honor Technology, Inc., a senior care network and technology platform, which recently acquired global homecare provider Home Instead, announced it has raised $70 million in Series E funding and $300 million in debt financing. The round brings Honor's total equity funding to date to $325 million and values the company at over $1.25 billion.

A new venture from leaders in the durable medical equipment (DME) industry is looking to increase the use of e-prescribe across the DME space. The American Association for Homecare (AAHomecare), VGM & Associates, Ltd., AdaptHealth, LLC., Apria Healthcare Group LLC, Lincare Inc. and Rotech Healthcare Inc., have joined to form an independent e-prescribe company DMEscripts. 

SAN DIEGO (September 24, 2021)—Cue Health Inc., a health technology company, announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 12,500,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $16.00 per share, for gross proceeds of $200.0 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses payable by Cue Health. All of the shares are being offered and sold by Cue Health.
