Hart Medical adds $60 million in annual revenue & is expected to generate $10+ million over the next 6-9 months

CINCINNATI—Quipt Home Medical Corp., a home medical equipment provider focused on end-to-end respiratory care, announced the closing of its previously announced joint venture transaction with three major health systems and two hospitals to acquire Hart Medical Equipment.

Singlepoint is backed by DFW Capital Partners, a New York-based investor focused on partnering with growth-oriented health care & business services companies.

PITTSBURGH—Singlepoint Healthcare, a portfolio of DFW Capital Partners, announced the acquisition of IV Solutions, LLC (IVS), a provider of clinical pharmacy and home infusion services in Wood Dale, Ill. 

"This acquisition helps establish a strong foundation for Singlepoint's integrated model and provide access to critical expertise in both clinical care and pharmaceutical services," the company said in a released statement.
