Medical supply company owner Mark Loftis was indicted on charges of submitting fraudulent claims for DME supplies

CUSHING, Oklahoma—Mark Loftis, a medical supply company owner and chiropractor was charged for his alleged role in a conspiracy to submit fraudulent claims to multiple federal health care programs. The claims were for orthotic braces and other durable medical equipment (DME). Loftis was also charged for the theft of government fund intended to support health care providers during the COVID-19 pandemic.
