WASHINGTON (Oct. 8, 2014)—AAHomecare met with Laurence Wilson and other key staff of CMS to discuss the ESRD proposed rule and its impact on the home care sector. Specifically, AAHomecare discussed concerns with CMS’s proposals to apply competitive bidding rates to non-competitive bidding areas and bundling payments on a limited basis in the next round of bidding.
These concerns were detailed in the Association’s comments, which were submitted on Sept. 2.
