Telephone solicitation statute webinar

On September 10 the webinar “Supplier Standard 11 and the Telephone Solicitation Statute” will be offered from 2:30–4:00 p.m. EST. The vast majority of DME patients are the elderly. Most of the patients are sick and just do not feel good. CMS justifiably feels that our senior citizens can be taken advantage of over the phone. As a result, there is a telephone solicitation statute and Supplier Standard 11. These are meant to protect our senior citizens from being bullied over the phone.
