WATERLOO, Iowa, Oct. 6, 2012—A list of Round 2 pricing estimates will be available in VGM Group Inc.’s Booth 1645 at Medtrade. Compiled by VGM bidding guru Mark Higley, who has traveled the country offering the latest news and strategies to help HME providers make the best business decisions related to competitive bidding, the estimates are derived from surveys conducted during his live seminars and those electronically submitted through www.vgm.com.

Product categories are broken down into: Round 2 all category estimate discounts; Round 2 estimated top code versus current bid; Round 2 capacity offering;  and Round 1 rebid weighed average discount. CMS is expected to announce single payment amounts and begin the contracting process soon. In addition to the estimate amounts, the informational piece also lists growth and emerging categories that are not dependent on Medicare competitive bidding.
