VANCOUVER, B.C. — On tap at the Paralympic Winter Games today, women's and men's giant slalom, a full day of wheelchair curling and continuing preliminary rounds of sled (sledge) hockey.

And this year, you can see it all on TV.

Universal Sports is broadcasting a nightly two-hour show dedicated to daily competition at the 2010 Paralympic Winter Games beginning at 6 p.m. ET, with a re-air at 11 p.m. ET. The coverage will continue through Tuesday, March 23.

Additionally, UniversalSports.com will offer on-demand re-airs of the coverage, plus full-length event "rewinds."

NBC Sports will present a two-hour highlights recap of the Games on Saturday, April 10, from 3-5 p.m. ET.

So far for the U.S., two-time Paralympic medalist Stephani Victor added a silver medal in Monday's slalom races in the sitting division, and Andy Soule's bronze is the first-ever U.S. medal in biathlon in either the Olympic or Paralympic Winter Games. The U.S. Paralympic sled hockey team logged its second consecutive shutout as it topped the Czech Republic 3-0 on Monday.

The Winter Paralympics Games showcases five sports: alpine skiing, biathlon, cross country skiing, sled hockey and wheelchair curling. A total of 600 athletes from more than 40 countries will compete during the nine-day event.
