The Department of Health and Human Services Office of the Inspector General is seeking recommendations to help develop new or revised safe harbors from the federal anti-kickback laws. The notice was published in the Dec. 29 Federal Register and also seeks comments for developing new OIG Special Fraud Alerts, which give guidance to providers. Deadline for comments is Feb. 27.
