ATLANTA, Ga., July 18, 2013—Medtrade is now accepting abstracts for Medtrade Spring 2014. It is searching for dynamic speakers, presentations and topics for Medtrade Spring 2014 being held in Las Vegas, March 10-12. Medtrade is especially looking for speakers with extensive knowledge in the HME industry. Session topics to be considered should fall within one of the following tracks:

Audits: Pre & Post Payment
Business Operations
Competitive Bidding
Human Resources, Leadership & Staff Development
Industry Updates
Information Technology
Legislative & Regulatory
Non-Medicare/Medicaid Markets
Rehabilitation & Assistive Technology
Reimbursement
Retail
Sales & Marketing
Sleep, Oxygen & Respiratory Issues
 
All submitted presentations received by Friday, August 9, 2013 will be reviewed by the Medtrade Educational Advisory Board (EAB) and may be considered for inclusion in the 2014 program. Submissions received after August 9 will not be reviewed, so please be sure to submit your proposal by the deadline date.
 
The EAB uses the following (but not limited to) criteria when selecting presentations: timeliness of topic, overall content, audience interest, creativity, prior speaking expertise, knowledge of subject matter, prior speaker evaluation results, speaker references to create a balanced number of sessions and content based on available slots overall. Submission of a presentation, being a Medtrade exhibitor or prior Medtrade sessions presented does not guarantee that your submission will be selected. If you are selected to speak, you will be notified by December 6, 2013.
