SUNRISE, Florida & MIAMI—Interim HealthCare Inc., a network of homecare, senior care, home health, hospice and medical staffing services, and Paradigm, a revenue cycle management company specializing in government payers, announced they have entered into a partnership to help Interim franchisees accelerate clean claims, reduce denials and improve cash flow across veterans affairs (VA) and Medicaid lines of business.
"Interim franchisees deliver essential care in their communities every day," said Danny Shapiro, CEO of Paradigm. "Our partnership brings them a purpose-built engine for VA and Medicaid…eligibility, authorizations and claims that simply work…so they can focus on patients, not paperwork. Together, we’re raising the bar on payment integrity and provider experience.”
The collaboration aligns Paradigm’s payer connections and claims expertise with Interim HealthCare’s nationwide footprint, enabling locations to tap credentialing support, clean-claim workflows and denial workdown designed specifically for government payers. The partnership also creates a foundation to introduce artificial intelligence-enabled agentic capabilities from Careswitch, recently acquired by Paradigm, to further reduce administrative work for providers.
“Paradigm gives our locations a faster path from visit to paid claim, backed by dedicated support and deep payer expertise,” said Mickey Antley, vice president of profitable growth at Interim HealthCare. “This is about practical wins, fewer reworks, clearer revenue visibility and less administrative drag, so owners can reinvest time and dollars into growth.”
Early franchisee feedback underscores the impact. “Our last VA billing with Paradigm was flawless, so that's the first time we've ever gotten fully paid by the VA, so that's pretty cool,” said Mike Hawkins, owner of Interim HealthCare of Salt Lake City.
