TLC ranked No. 996 while IntellaTriage ranked No. 1,831

BRENTWOOD, Tennessee & CARTERVILLE, Illinois—TLC Home Care Services (TLC) and IntellaTriage both announced that they have been placed in the 2025 Inc. 5000 list, an annual list of the fastest-growing private companies in America.

To make the list, companies from a variety of industries must show significant growth over the span of three years. This was IntellaTriage's third consecutive year on the list and TLC's second consecutive year. IntellaTriage placed No. 1,831 while TLC placed No. 996. Also ranked on the list was Trella Health out of Atlanta at No. 3,276.

"Being named to the Inc. 5000 for a second consecutive year is an incredible honor," said Brad Beasley, founder and president of TLC. "TJ and our entire office staff do an incredible job and our 250+ caregivers are simply the best in the business. Our entire team has a passion for serving seniors and they're the reason for our success. I'm excited about our continued growth and to serve more seniors throughout the Southern and Central Illinois Region."

“Many years ago, Suzi Meschbach created IntellaTriage to meet a huge need: support of clinicians and patients after hours by informed, licensed nurses in real time,” said IntellaTriage's CEO Daniel Reese. “We believe deeply in our mission of improving the lives of nurses and patients. That mission drives everything we do. Each year, more provider partners recognize the importance of outsourcing triage and embrace the opportunity to support their clinical teams, restore work-life balance, and protect quality care. Because of what we do, our partners can provide better care for more patients. We look forward to another exciting year of growth and partnership as we continue to invest in technology and the nurse experience so our triage nurses can answer the call quickly and deliver best-in-class care.”

Among the top 500 companies on the list, the median three-year revenue growth rate reached 1,552%, and those companies have collectively added more than 48,678 jobs to the United States economy over the past three years, according to TLC. To access the full list, visit inc.com.
