Integra Partners has announced a partnership with HelixVM that the company said is aimed toward simplifying the process of acquiring documentation required to bill for service

TROY, Michigan—Integra Partners announced it has entered a partnership with HelixVM, a provider of 24/7 "visit-less" asynchronous virtual care, under its group purchasing organization (GPO) offer. The partnership tackles one of the biggest challenges in the durable medical equipment, prosthetics, orthotics and supplies (DMEPOS) industry-getting the documentation and medical orders required to bill for services.

Integra said this partnership is intended to create a pathway linking telehealth encounters with immediate access to durable medical equipment (DME), prosthetics and orthotics. HelixVM's digital platform delivers compliant documentation and physician orders directly back to the DMEPOS practice-removing delays that stall reimbursement and patient care.

"We are consistently looking for ways to amplify the value we deliver to our network of Providers," said Michael Dorrie, vice president of network expansion and partnerships at Integra Partners. "We're excited to be rolling out this new opportunity that addresses a major challenge within the home healthcare industry."

"By embedding our digital healthcare platform into DME access, we're breaking down barriers that have slowed this industry for decades," said Brian LePorin, HelixVM's president and CMO. "Together, we're setting a new standard for speed, efficiency, and patient experience."

The collaboration was launched across select DME and orthotics and prosthetics providers in December 2025.
