Independa, a company that offers technology-enabled independent-living solutions, last week announced an agreement with LivHOME Inc., a large provider of at-home care services for seniors. LivHOME will offer Independa’s integrated CloudCare services, incorporating social engagement and remote monitoring for health and safety.
