BURKBURNETT, Texas—HomeWell Care Services agencies across the country have been recognized with the 2026 Best of Home Care awards from Activated Insights. These national awards recognize top-performing homecare agencies based entirely on verified client and caregiver satisfaction surveys.
This year, 37 HomeWell agencies earned recognition across multiple award categories. The organization said these honors highlight the dedication of HomeWell franchise owners, caregivers and teams operating in an increasingly competitive homecare landscape.
HomeWell agencies were recognized across several award categories, including provider of choice, employer of choice, leader in experience and leader in training—each focusing on key areas such as client satisfaction, workplace culture, caregiver engagement and ongoing education.
Among this year’s honorees, 15 HomeWell agencies earned two or more awards—seven agencies distinguished themselves by earning three awards, while one agency earned four awards, reflecting exceptional achievement across client and caregiver experience metrics.
The leader in experience award recognizes agencies that rank among the top 10% nationally in client and caregiver satisfaction across 10 or more quality metrics, including communication, caregiver training and care compatibility. Additionally, the leader in training award highlights agencies that demonstrate a commitment to caregiver education, achieving high levels of participation in ongoing training programs that support quality care delivery and professional development.
