OGDEN, Utah (May 2, 2019)—Freeus, LLC, a wholesale mobile personal emergency response system (mPERS) businesses in the United States, announced the launch of the next generation of Belle mPERS, certified on the Verizon 4G LTE network.

The newest Belle mobile medical alert offers the same low maintenance, easy-to-use features that made previous Belle products immensely popular, along with the vast coverage of 4G LTE. It also features state-of-the-art hardware and firmware and IP67 water-resistance.

“We recognized the need for a 4G LTE mPERS product certified on the Verizon network,” said Freeus COO, Brock Winzeler. “We are proud to offer the next generation of Belle to provide a solution for the forthcoming 3G turndown. We are continuously developing solutions for both today and far into the future to offer confidence and peace of mind to our dealers and their customers.”

An easy-to-see circular LED light around the call button on Belle shows users the status of their call and when Belle needs recharging.

Belle also includes a redesigned smart charging cradle and an interchangeable belt clip and lanyard to make the product even easier for customers to wear or carry.

Belle offers a 30-day battery life per charge, and it connects users via two-way voice to expert PERS operators at a UL-Listed, TMA Five Diamond Certified central station with the press of a button.

Operators can use Wi-Fi location services to locate users and can send loved ones or emergency personnel to help, depending on need.

All Freeus products are powered by the Orion IoT platform. Orion is hyper-redundant and integrates Freeus mobile medical alerts with cellular networks and monitoring centers. Orion also provides dealers with a simple way to remotely activate and manage devices and access complimentary marketing materials.

Freeus dealers can also increase their RMR with Belle and enable customers to get assistance within the critical first hour of an emergency, reducing hospital readmissions.
