PORT WASHINGTON, N.Y.—Drive Medical announces that it has unilaterally consented to the International Trade Commission case relating to the sale and importation of certain of its CPAP masks. Under the consent order, which was approved by the International Trade Commission on July 19, 2013, Drive Medical has agreed to stop importing and selling the Freedom 210 and Freedom 220 CPAP masks. Drive respects the intellectual property rights of all third parties and is conducting an investigation as to the patent claims asserted by ResMed as part of a separate lawsuit pending in California.
