Schaer Promoted to President at Computers Unlimited

ILLINGS, Mont. — David Schaer has been named president of Computers Unlimited in the company's first management transition in more than 30 years. With its roots in cylinder and inventory management software for the industrial welding supply and HME industries, the software company was founded in 1978 by David Schaer's father Michael Schaer. CU recently introduced a series of enhancements to its HME product TIMS Software, including a new branding image and the release of version 4.0. David Schaer joined CU as a salesperson in 1995.
