LOUISVILLE, Kentucky—Health and well-being company Humana Inc. announced it has reached an agreement with two national organizations to provide durable medical equipment (DME) services to help Humana Medicare Advantage HMO members achieve their best health at home.

CHICAGO (February 23, 2021)—Central HealthCare Group, LLC, announced that it has advised the owner of OxygenWorks on the divestiture of the business. OxygenWorks is a privately-owned, multi-generational company, headquartered in Merion Station, Pennsylvania, providing a broad spectrum of respiratory equipment and supplies to patients in Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey.

ORLANDO, Fla., (February 4, 2021)—AeroCare Holdings, Inc. announced that it has been acquired by AdaptHealth Corp. The acquisition was consummated for total consideration consisting of approximately $1.1 billion in cash and 31 million shares of AdaptHealth stock.
