Chicago—AVIA announced that veteran health care executive Clay Holderman will join the organization as its chief executive officer.

St. Louis, Missouri—Responsive Respiratory Inc. (RRI), a provider of high-pressure oxygen products, announced that Todd Derickson has joined its executive team as director of sales. Derickson, an accomplished sales leader with more than three decades of experience driving high-growth sales in the home medical equipment market, joins the RRI team following the recent retirement of Michael Harrington.

Orlando, Florida—OxyGo and its sister companies Applied Home Healthcare Equipment and LIFE Corporation announced Chris Carter has been appointed CEO, leading the next phase of growth for all three brands.

WASHINGTON—Arnall Golden Gregory LLP (AGG), a law firm with offices in Atlanta and Washington, announced the addition of Bill Dombi, former president and CEO of the National Association for Home Care and Hospice (NAHC), as senior counsel for the firm’s Washington D.C. office.

MINNEAPOLIS—Health Dimensions Group (HDG), a senior living, post-acute and long-term care consulting firm, has promoted Paul Branin to executive VP of growth. With this promotion, Branin will join the company’s executive leadership team.

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Virginia—Right at Home, an in-home care and assistance franchise, named Steven Lynch as director of engagement and partnerships. 

With more than 15 years of experience in senior care, community engagement and partnerships, Lynch aims to manage a range of partnership and community engagement activities, including establishing new relationships and communicating Right at Home’s suite of services to stakeholders.

ST. LOUIS—Responsive Respiratory Inc. (RRI), an oxygen products and solutions provider, announced VP of Sales Michael Harrington has retired. Harrington was one of three founding partners of the company and has served in the VP role since the company’s opening in 2003. 

WATERLOO, Iowa—Jim Greatorex of VGM Live at Home, a division of VGM & Associates, has announced his retirement as vice president. 

AKRON, Ohio—ACU-Serve, a health care revenue cycle optimization company, announced the appointment of Sidney Simmons III as its new executive VP of sales. In this new role, Simmons aims to oversee the company’s sales team and expand sales operations. 

WASHINGTON—The National Alliance for Care at Home (The Alliance) appointed Scott Levy as its inaugural chief government affairs officer. With more than 20 years of experience in government relations, public policy, advocacy and law, Levy aims to lead The Alliance’s legislative and regulatory changes and expand access to quality homecare.

WATERLOO, Iowa—VGM & Associates announced Randy Piper has joined the leadership team as VP of vendor contract management. In his new role, Piper aims to drive new vendor business development, optimize contracts and ensure compliance across vendor agreements.

NEW YORK—HHAeXchange, a homecare management solutions company, announced that Anna Pavlik, the company’s former global vice president of human resources, has been promoted to chief human resources officer, and Mark Cope has joined the provider sales team as chief revenue officer.

INDIANAPOLIS—MedEdge, an ancillary software and data services company, announced the appointment of Jon Love as president and chief growth officer. The company said this leadership change aims to elevate pharmacy, leverage data, enhance efficiency and improve financial performance.

CLEVELAND & MOORESTOWN, New Jersey—AnewHealth, a national pharmacy care management provider, announced the retirement of CEO John Figueroa and the appointment of Brian Adams as its new CEO and president.

MILWAUKEE—Direct Supply, a health care and senior living supplies provider, announced its VP of Homecare Sales Nick Bush has been appointed as the vice chair of the Health Industry Distributors Association (HIDA) Home Care Advisory Council.

STEVENS POINT, Wisconsin—Ki Mobility, a medical equipment manufacturer, announced Charlie Covert as the new president of mobility North America. Covert will work under both Ki Mobility and its corporate brand, Etac.

EAST AMHERST, New York—The National Coalition for Rehab and Assistive Technology (NCART) welcomed two new board members. Brad Peterson and John Letizia have been elected to fill the two open board seats as a result of the company’s recent expansion.
