WASHINGTON—The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) awarded more than $226 million to state, county, city and tribal governments, as well as to non-profit organizations, in an effort to protect children and families from home health hazards. CHICAGO, Illinois—The Alzheimer’s Association Center for Dementia Respite Innovation (CDRI) announced that it is awarding more than $4 million in grants to 21 community-based service providers to increase the availability of quality dementia-specific respite care.
