2015 has already been quite a year, both here at HomeCare and for our industry in general. We can’t wait to hop a plane, head to Vegas, see all of our friends and revel in the increasingly positive momentum! LAS VEGAS (March 20, 2015)—The biannual Innovative HME Retail Product Awards, sponsored by HomeCare magazine, are down to the top 10. The awards honor HME products that are particularly suited for retail sale. The purpose of the competition is to promote and recognize products that contribute to providers' bottom lines though cash sales.
ACHC Accreditation Standards for the Home Health, Hospice, and Private Duty programs are in revision and will be ready for release April 1, 2015. Current standards were thoroughly reviewed to assess relevancy and program applicability and minor changes were made to add clarity and to maintain compliance with current regulations.
