Derek Johnson will take over as executive vice president of Home Medical Equipment

WASHINGTON, Indiana—Williams Bros. Health Care Pharmacy announced the promotion of Derek Johnson to executive vice president of the home medical equipment (HME) division. In this leadership role, Johnson will oversee the direction, operational execution and continued expansion of the company’s HME division across its growing service region.

A graduate of Indiana University, Johnson brings more than a decade of experience in health care operations and leadership. Johnson began his career at Williams Bros. in 2012 and has risen through the ranks, having served as purchasing and inventory manager and most recently as regional manager of HME operations. Throughout his tenure, he has been involved in expanding the company’s HME footprint, optimizing logistics and inventory systems and elevating the customer experience.
