AI is starting to play a bigger role in home care, especially when it comes to hiring. But for most agencies, the question isn’t whether to use it. It’s how to use it in a way that actually makes day-to-day work easier without losing the human component of care.
As AI becomes more common in homecare, having a clear, practical approach matters. In this session, we’ll look at how AI is showing up across homecare today and where it’s helping teams move faster. From optimizing agency administration to identifying the right candidates and keeping your hiring funnel healthy, AI is making it easier than ever to keep up in this competitive industry.
We’ll also take a closer look at what it takes to bring these tools into your workflow in a way that actually works. That means thinking about how your current process is set up today, where AI can make it even more efficient, and how to make sure you’re getting real value out of it instead of adding more complexity.
What we’ll discuss:
- Where AI is making a real impact in homecare hiring: Understand how agencies are using AI today for job posting, candidate matching, rediscovery and interview scheduling to move faster in a competitive caregiver market.
- How AI supports, not replaces, the human side of care: Talk through how to balance AI with the relationship-driven nature of homecare, where caregiver experience still matters most.
- How to take a practical approach to AI adoption: Leave with a better sense of where to start, what to prioritize, and how to evaluate whether AI is actually improving your hiring and workforce outcomes.
- Why connected hiring, onboarding and payroll matter more than ever: See how aligning your systems creates cleaner data, fewer errors and a stronger foundation for scaling AI across your agency.
