The enhancement uses AI-driven document extraction and clinical summarization to consolidate referrals arriving from multiple channels into a single, actionable worklist in one platform.
WellSky said the CarePort Referral Intake solution leverages embedded AI to extract and surface key patient, admission and insurance information from eFax, direct secure messaging and third‑party portals all while maintaining access to the source material when needed.
