Podcast will provide solutions to help providers succeed in business.

WATERLOO, Iowa (April 11, 2018)—VGM has launched a new podcast series as another medium to share content with DMEPOS stakeholders.

The weekly series, Industry Matters, is hosted by Collin Brecher of VGM’s Government Relations division, and will feature interviews with a variety of thought leaders from VGM and other organizations and businesses.

“Industry Matters provides another medium for industry stakeholders to access relevant information while on the go,” said Brecher. “Whether at the office, in your car or anywhere in-between, our podcast will be readily available to connect listeners to new ideas, regulatory updates and best practices all at your fingertips and on any device.”

In only its second week, Brecher mentioned that reaching out to a number of contributors will help keep the content fresh and interesting to subscribers. Discussion topics will vary and recent guests included Ty Bello of Team@Work Coaching who discussed what health care providers can do to survive and drive sales under a constantly changing landscape. In the same episode, Brecher interviewed the president of the Oklahoma Medical Equipment Providers Association, Larry Dalton, to talk about the grassroots success of their new state association.

“Our goal is to keep the information intriguing, informative and to provide solutions to help our audience succeed in an ever-changing and difficult business environment,” stated Brecher.

Episodes of Industry Matters are released every Wednesday and are approximately 30 minutes in length. Audiences can listen via a number of channels including Stitcher Radio, Apple Podcasts and Google Play and can be found by searching for “Industry Matters.”
