Lauren Barranti will take over the leadership role effective Sept. 1

LAS VEGAS—Tactical Back Office (TBO), a provider of healthcare staffing and process outsourcing, announced the promotion of Lauren Barranti to vice president of payer relations, effective Sept. 1.

TBO said Barranti has played an instrumental role in expanding the company's Service Hub, helping healthcare organizations strengthen payer relationships, improve reimbursement, negotiate favorable contracts, maintain credentialing compliance and create more sustainable revenue strategies.

"Lauren has become one of the most trusted resources our clients rely on," said Todd Usher, founder and president of TBO. "Her ability to build strong payer relationships, negotiate meaningful contractual improvements and guide organizations through complex reimbursement and contracting challenges has produced exceptional results for our clients. This promotion reflects both her leadership and the tremendous value she brings to the healthcare organizations we serve."

Throughout her career, Barranti has negotiated and renegotiated commercial, Medicare Advantage and Independent Practice Association agreements, strengthening provider network participation, improving reimbursement performance and helping healthcare organizations navigate complex managed care environments. The company said her work has consistently enabled clients to expand their contractual footprint while improving both operational and financial performance.

With more than 25 years of healthcare leadership experience, Barranti has served in executive roles across home medical equipment, managed care and healthcare operations, helping organizations strengthen reimbursement strategies, operational performance and sustainable growth.

As vice president of payer relations, Barranti will continue leading TBO's Service Hub, providing clients with expertise in payer contracting and negotiations, credentialing, provider enrollment, reimbursement optimization, compliance support and payer relationship management.

Working alongside TBO's healthcare professionals, the Service Hub provides healthcare organizations with an integrated operational model that combines business process outsourcing with specialized healthcare expertise.

Most recently, Barranti led a multi-state licensure and compliance initiative that helped a healthcare organization successfully expand operations into all 50 states. She continues to advise healthcare organizations on state licensure, regulatory compliance, Medicare requirements and expansion strategies.

"I've spent my career helping healthcare organizations strengthen relationships with their payers while improving long-term operational performance," said Lauren Barranti. "TBO has created a model where strategy and execution work together. Through the Service Hub, we help healthcare organizations improve reimbursement, strengthen compliance and build the operational foundation needed to support sustainable growth."
