METAIRIE, Louisiana & STIGLER, Oklahoma—Superior Health Holdings (Superior), a portfolio company of Renovus Capital Partners, announced the acquisition of Chant Healthcare (Chant), a provider of home health, homecare and hospice services headquartered in Southeastern Oklahoma. Chant operates through two core entities—Compassion Home Care, which provides home health and homecare services, and Sans Bois Hospice. The transaction marks Superior's entry into Oklahoma with services in both home health and hospice, along with personal care services across 11 counties.

Chant's management team, including CFO Derek Lane and COO Stephanie Blair-Bryant, will remain in place to continue to run Chant's operations.
The acquisition expands Superior’s geographic reach and service mix, establishing an adjacent-state presence in Oklahoma with a platform well-positioned for further expansion toward Oklahoma City and Tulsa. Chant’s large base of dual-eligible Medicaid waiver patients creates a durable referral funnel into higher-acuity home health and hospice services.
