This marks the second consecutive year that River Oaks Home Care has secured a place in the Top 10.
The Philadelphia100 Award is a merit-based annual award program where companies must demonstrate positive three-year average revenue growth, exceed $250,000 in revenue in the earliest reported year and meet financial verification standards through tax filings.
