DETROIT—Residential Home Health and Hospice, a division of Graham Healthcare Group, has announced that it has been awarded Top Workplaces honors for 2025 by the Detroit Free Press. This is the 15th year in a row that Residential Home Health and Hospice has received this award.
"Being named as Top Workplace underscores the strength of our culture and the purpose that unites our team," said LeeAnn Lang, senior vice president of administration and human Resources at Graham Healthcare Group. "It is a tribute to our team's compassion and commitment to deliver extraordinary care and reinforces our dedication to providing a workplace where people feel valued and supported. Receiving this award is an honor that truly speaks to who we are as an organization."
The Detroit Free Press Top Workplaces Award is an annual recognition program celebrating companies in the Detroit metropolitan area that the Detroit Free Press determines excels in employee satisfaction and engagement. Winners are determined based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner, Energage LLC.
The confidential survey measures the employee experience on topics related to workplace culture including employees feeling respected and supported, enabled to grow and empowered to execute, to name a few. To qualify for the award, companies must have a significant presence in the greater Detroit metropolitan area, employ a minimum number of employees and meet a designated employee response rate.
