ROCK HILL, South Carolina—Providence Care, a hospice, palliative and primary care for seniors organization, announced the appointment of Werner Freymann, Jr. as its new chief executive officer. In the role of CEO, Freymann will lead the company’s direction and aims to drive continued growth across its continuum of care for the elderly wherever they call home.

Freymann brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience, previously serving as senior vice president of Discovery at Home. Freymann is a two-time CEO of companies spanning home health, hospice, primary and palliative care and therapy services.
