CALABASAS, California—Nationwide Medical, a provider of specialized respiratory care and home health care solutions, announced the acquisition of Dynamic Healthcare Services (DHS). Nationwide Medical said the acquisition marks its commitment to expanding access to home respiratory care, sleep therapy support and advanced medical equipment services across a broader regional footprint.
DHS is a provider of home respiratory supplies, durable medical equipment (DME) and oxygen therapy products across Pennsylvania, New Jersey and surrounding markets. Known for its patient-centric service model and clinical programming that drives improved outcomes in OSA and COPD therapy, DHS has built long-standing relationships with clinicians, patients and healthcare partners across its service regions, Nationwide Medical said.
