INDIANAPOLIS, Ind., Sept. 19, 2012—Staff from each of the four Durable Medical Equipment Medicare Administrative Contractors (DME MACs), National Supplier Clearinghouse (NSC), Common Electronic Data Interchange (CEDI) contractor, and the competitive bidding implementation contractor (CBIC) will be among the many exhibitors available at Medtrade to provide information and address questions.

Medtrade—to be held from October 16-18 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta—is the leading event in the home medical equipment industry. • The NSC will provide a one-hour presentation on “The NSC Medicare Enrollment Updates” Monday Oct. 15 from 4:15-5:15 p.m. in room B311.
• The four DME MACs will provide a one-hour “Medicare Updates” presentation Wednesday Oct. 17 from 9:15-10:15 a.m. in room B311.
• The DME MACs will also be conducting a specific session on the most common errors found by the comprehensive error rate testing (CERT) program and will provide tips on how to correct those errors Wednesday Oct. 17 from 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. in room B311.
• The CBIC will provide a one-hour session titled, Round 1 Recompete and Round 2 Updates Tuesday October 16 from 9:15-10:15 a.m. in room B314.
