BLOOMINGTON, Minn. (January 30, 2020)—MatrixCare/Brightree’s Home Health and Hospice EMR solution earned Best in KLAS honors, receiving a top-ranked score of 87.1 in this year’s “Best in KLAS: Software & Services” report.

The software offering surpassed the average for home health and hospice EMR vendors by more than six points.

Best in KLAS winners are determined annually through extensive surveys and interviews with healthcare providers on the efficiency and quality of health IT products. KLAS research methodology rates and ranks vendors according to their ability to meet certain current and future expectations. Vendors are evaluated on six key categories: culture, operations, product, relationship, value, and loyalty. MatrixCare/Brightree’s Home Health & Hospice EMR solution saw a 12-point improvement over the last two years.

“As more individuals desire to age in place, our home health and hospice software enables homecare clinicians to help them do so more efficiently than ever,” said Steve Pacicco, CEO of MatrixCare. “We’re honored to win this award, as our customers’ feedback is vital to everything we do. We will continue to drive innovation in support of the success of our customers—and their patients.”

MatrixCare/Brightree will be recognized for its first-ever win at the annual Best in KLAS awards ceremony at HIMSS on March 9 in Orlando, Fla.
