BLOOMINGTON, Minn. (February 8, 2022)—MatrixCare announced its Home Health, Hospice and Palliative Care electronic health record solution has earned Best in KLAS honors for the third year in a row, receiving a score of 87.1 for Home Health EHR (Large) and 85.0 for Hospice, according to this year’s report.

KLAS Research added the hospice category this year, making MatrixCare the first winner for its comprehensive hospice EHR solution.

Best in KLAS award winners are determined each year based on surveys and interviews administered by KLAS researchers to health care providers about the efficiency and quality of health IT products. Both the current and future outlooks of the companies and their product pipelines contribute to the scoring for these awards. Software providers are evaluated on six key categories: culture, operations, product, relationship, value and loyalty.

“With an ever-growing demand for home-based care and ongoing workforce shortages, we are consistently working to provide our clinicians with innovative technologies that allow them to deliver compassionate, efficient and high-quality care,” said Navin Gupta, senior vice president of MatrixCare’s Home Health and Hospice Division. “Our customers’ feedback allows us to continually improve our award-winning solutions and we value the insights our customers have given us over the past year. We will continue to rely on their expertise and experiences as we assist them in providing a satisfying and engaging experience for their providers, staff, patients and their loved ones.”

MatrixCare will be awarded its two honors at the HIMSS 2022 annual conference on March 14.
