(August 12, 2016)—Mediware Information Systems, Inc., a provider of comprehensive post-acute health care software, announces its fast approaching user conference that will take place September 14–16, 2016, in Orlando, Florida. For the first time, Mediware customers will have the opportunity to get connected with hundreds of customers across multiple Mediware software platforms, including homecare, rehabilitation and respiratory and human and social services.
Homecare solutions customers can choose from more than fifty detailed product sessions that will provide additional training on their current products. Customers will also be able to try out the latest single-platform homecare product, CareTend. Customers will get in-depth training and have the opportunity to participate in customer-led interactive demonstrations to see how the CareTend software addresses current business challenges across the HME/DME, home infusion, and specialty pharmacy markets. Providers will see first-hand how the CareTend software incorporates the powerful features of their current products into a new, innovative solution that streamlines order management, increases workflow output and improves patient tracking. With more than forty Mediware software experts on-site, customers will have multiple opportunities to ask questions and participate in the interactive “answer lounge.”
Along with software training, customers can attend multiple industry sessions that provide tactical advice pertaining to reimbursement, regulation changes and what is on the horizon, all of which will be led by more than thirty industry-recognized speakers across the post-acute care spectrum. Customers will have multiple opportunities to network with Mediware partners and vendors during exhibit hours across the three-day conference as well as at the customer appreciation event at the House of Blues.
