NORTH HAVEN, Connecticut—Holly Haringa has joined Corcoran Consulting Group LLC as director of operations and consultant. She oversees the group’s marketing efforts, client and consultant coordination and administrative support functions. Additionally, Haringa will collaborate with Corcoran team members and support the goals of its homecare agency clients.
“Holly’s deep knowledge of the homecare industry and her management skills will enhance the work and increase our consultants’ ability to dedicate themselves to clients’ operational, clinical and financial excellence,” said Corcoran Consulting Group President Rich Corcoran. “We’re delighted to welcome her to our growing team.”
Corcoran said Haringa is dedicated to increasing homecare agencies’ capacity to allow those in need to remain in their homes with grace and dignity. She began her career in homecare in 2007 as client services manager at Lifetime Care at Home in Guilford, Connecticut, advancing to director of operations where her duties spanned strategic and operational planning to implementation.
A believer in consistently measuring what matters, Haringa’s operational experience includes business analytics, optimization of workflows, the management of gross margins and the improvement of revenue—all leading to increased profitability. She excels at competitive analysis, creation of marketing materials, website development, recruitment, team building and event management.
“Improving one’s home health or home care agency’s operations doesn’t have to be intimidating,” Haringa said. “I look forward to working with Corcoran Consulting Group’s experts to help our clients’ homecare and home health businesses get and stay on track.”
Haringa holds a bachelor of arts with a concentration in mass communication and Journalism from Elon University.
