MINNEAPOLIS—Health Dimensions Group (HDG), a senior living, post-acute and long-term care management and consulting firm based in Minneapolis, Minn., announced it is hosting the webinar “Developing a PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) Program: From Feasibility Study to Go Live."
In this webinar, HDG senior vice president of consulting services, Tom Stitt; vice president of market analysis and research, Colin Higgins; and senior director of PACE Advisory Services, Rob McCommons will journey through the development and implementation process for launching a PACE program.
The learning objectives for the hour-long discussion are understanding the principles of the PACE model of care, the purpose and process of a feasibility study, the development and implementation timeline and the critical elements involved in developing a successful PACE program.
HDG has been a PACE Technical Assistance Center for more than 20 years and partnered with over 100 organizations across the country to explore PACE feasibility and assist them in achieving their PACE development and operational goals.
Those who register and cannot attend will have a recording of the webinar sent to them after its conclusion. This event is free and accessible to the public.
The webinar will take place on Wednesday, Oct. 15 from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. CT.
