MINNEAPOLIS—Health Dimensions Group (HDG), a senior living, post-acute and long-term care management and consulting firm based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, announced that nine of its managed communities have been recognized as recipients of the 2026 Bronze–Commitment to Quality Award by the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL).
The communities recognized with the 2026 Bronze—Commitment to Quality Award include:

- Dimensions Living Kenosha in Kenosha, Wisc.
- Dimensions Living Monroe in Monroe, Wisc.
- Dimensions Living Oconomowoc in Oconomowoc, Wisc.
- Dimensions Living Wausau in Wausau, Wisc.
- Northern Nevada State Veterans Home in Sparks, Nev.
- Stoney River Marshfield Assisted Living in Marshfield, Wisc.
- Terra Bluffs in Parker, Colorado

The AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Program is a three-level process in which organizations are reviewed and evaluated against a set of nationally recognized standards for organizational excellence: the Baldrige Performance Excellence Framework. The nine HDG-managed communities are among the 893 providers across the nation recognized with the Bronze Award in 2026.
