CONCORD, New Hampshire—New Hampshire home health and hospice agency Granite VNA announced that President and CEO Beth Slepian will retire, effective June 12, 2026.
Slepian joined Granite VNA in 2013 and was named president and CEO in 2015. Prior to joining Granite VNA, Slepian spent 19 years in management and patient care at Northeast Rehab Home Care in Salem, New Hampshire. Her career in the homecare industry has spanned more than 30 years.
“The true privilege of my career has been working alongside such an extraordinary team whose compassion, expertise and tireless commitment to our mission has shaped Granite VNA into the organization it is today,” said Slepian. “This role has been more than a job; leading an organization so deeply rooted in service has shaped me in ways I will carry forever.”
Slepian currently serves on the board of the National Alliance for Care at Home, and she was recently named to the National Healthcare at Home 2025 Best Practices and Future Insights Study steering committee. Locally, she serves on the board of the Wolfeboro Area Meals on Wheels, Inc., and has previously served on the boards of NH (New Hampshire) Home Care, Hospice and Palliative Care Association of NH, Heritage Havenwood Heights, CATCH Neighborhood Housing and Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce.

Granite VNA has initiated a nationwide search for a president and CEO to succeed Slepian.
