Spett Promoted to CEO at Graham-Field

ATLANTA — GF Health Products announced May 2 that Ken Spett has been promoted to president and CEO.

Spett's background in the health care industry includes a variety of senior executive, sales and marketing positions spanning more than 30 years. He began his career with Graham-Field in 1983 as vice president of operations for Labtron Scientific Corp., and served most recently as president and COO.

Beatrice Scherer, the manufacturer's former CEO, will continue as a member of its board of directors.
