The award was presented by the state of Georgia

ATLANTA (March 17, 2017)—Georgia Governor Nathan Deal and first lady Sandra Deal, in conjunction with the Georgia Department of Economic Development (GDEcD), presented Graham-Field with the GLOBE (Georgia Launching Opportunities By Exporting) Award.

Ken Spett, Graham-Field's President and CEO, proudly accepted the award.

“It is gratifying to know how well Graham-Field’s U.S.-manufactured medical equipment is respected throughout the world,” Spett remarked.

“It is because of the dedication of this year’s GLOBE Award winner that Georgia is able to tout another year as a leader in international trade,” said GDEcD Commissioner Pat Wilson.

"With our strong international presence, Georgia is ready and able to support companies looking to achieve new levels of success while reinforcing Georgia’s position as a leader in global commerce,” said Governor Deal.
