DALLAS—Frontpoint Health of Dallas, Texas, has appointed a new CEO. Brent Korte, who has been in the role for close to three years, announced in a LinkedIn post that he will be stepping down from the position and will be succeeded by Jay Wendt.

"Jay is a seasoned executive, who has lead companies in the post-acute space including DME, behavioral health and orthotics and prosthetics Jay is a Texan, who brings expertise in leading multi-site post-acute care organizations. He’s the right person for the job and one who will further elevate Frontpoint Health as we endeavor to expand our unique approach to home health and hospice as an industry innovator."
With over 4,000 patients, 1,200 team members worldwide and a care model built for growth, Frontpoint Health said it is poised to continue innovating in home health and hospice in and outside of Texas. Korte said he will continue supporting Frontpoint Health as advisor to the board. He said he plans to take some time off to spend with his family and prepare for his next professional venture this fall.
