TORONTO, Canada—Frontline Healthcare Partners, a private equity firm exclusively focused on investing in distributed health care businesses, announced that it has acquired Integracare Inc., a private-pay homecare company in Ontario, Canada.
Founded in 1990, Integracare is the sixth portfolio company investment made by Frontline. In keeping with their investment strategy, Frontline has acquired a controlling interest in Integracare and is partnering with Lee Grunberg, president & CEO, to continue to grow Integracare both organically and through an acquisition strategy.
